JUNE 20 (Saturday) 12PM to 1:30PM – Outdoor Workshop at Aptos Park

Hello KMAC TEAM!

First and foremost,  we wish everyone are safe and well at these strange times.  Meantime,  we are rallying a selected group to continue what we started in the Martial Arts!  This will be a workshop at Aptos Park with the underline rules of Mask and Distancing! 

Date:  June 20th, 2020 ( Saturday )

Time:  12PM (Noon) to 1:30pm

Location:  Aptos Park (near Baseball Field)

               Ocean Ave./ Aptos Ave go up to the school

Workshop: Program consist of light no heated cardio, light warm-ups, stretches and a form.  The main theme we’ll be concentrating is ” The value of the Reverse Punch “.  We will conclude with Q&A.

Stationary Training:  10-12ft. apart and absolutely no close quarter practice or socializing.

Dress Code: Athletic outfit/ sports shoe ( show spirit and wear your KMAC Hoodies/t-shirts! )

Donation: A donation to help maintain our ongoing expenses will be appreciated.
